Permacote Ultraguard with Silicone is a
silicone based paint. This technology has
been practiced in other continents. Through
its partnership with world leader Wacker
Chemie PLC fromGermany, Crown produces
and supplies the paint in Kenya, with Wacker
providing expertise in silicone technology.
Silicone helps the product to become
strong and to withstand all extreme weather
conditions and is designed to suit diverse
weather conditions, making it suitable for
the Kenyan environment. In addition, it has
self-cleaning properties, which do not allow
dirt to settle on the painted surface. These
properties help in reducing the maintenance
cost of building.
Permacote Ultraguard with Silicone Paint is
ideal for almost all architectural structures
such as exterior concrete, masonries,
new surfaces, previously painted plaster,
cement, brick, stone, including soft-board
and hardboard ceilings, walls, asbestos
sheets etc. It has a visible water repellant
property, as well as excellent properties like
self-cleaning and dust proof, which provides
better vapor permeability to protect from

GLASS
PLASTER
Glass Plaster wall finishes are premium
grade, high built texture finishes based on
Acrylic Resin. They have outstanding water
resistance and withstand extreme weather
conditions. This finish gives a sparkling effect
under lighting due to the presence of glass
beads. Its high vapor permeability allows
concrete to breathe which allows moisture
in vapor form to escape from the concrete.
These excellent properties enhance the
aesthetic value of a building as well as
increase the life of building structures, thus
reducing the maintenance cost.
It is suitable for new and old painted
surfaces provided the surface preparation
and treatment is done well, thus retaining
all excellent properties of Glass Plaster
Wall Finishes. It is also suitable for major
architectural structures like concrete and
masonry, new or previously painted plaster,
as well as cement and brick structures.
Product Definition: Acrylic emulsion based
ready-to-use plaster with glass particles
for interior and exterior use which can be
applied by a trowel.
On exterior mineral surfaces such as
concrete, mortar, cement panel, etc., on
previously painted surfaces and also on
interior surfaces for decorative purposes.
