hire a red-haired candidate. However, the candidate that does
get the jobwill most likely end up being a team leader and opt
for positions that require one to think on their feet. Due to

Do blondes have more fun? Are redheads temperamental? Although these stereotypes seem ridiculous, oftentimes people will
judge us based on our outside appearance which includes our hair colour. According to a study done by Nicolas Guéguen from
Université de Bretagne-Sud in France entitled ‘Hair Colour and Courtship’, blonde women received more attention and courtship
solicitations from men than other women while redhead men received more refusals from women. Closer to home, Africans
naturally have black hair and some shades of brown, but that doesn’t stop us from experimenting with different colours whether
by dying our hair, getting hair extensions or braiding to really bring out our personalities. But before you grab that bottle of
hydrogen peroxide, read on about what your hair colour says about your personality traits.
