ago, Maha properties is undertaking a housing
development project along Kiambu road at Runda
paradise in Nairobi. The project is being funded
by three banks including Housing Finance,

According to Kabogo Ndegwa, the proprietor
of Maha properties, a project which started in
2014 will see the construction of 150 four bed
roomed exclusive houses targeting the high and
middle class earners. The magnificently built

will cost KShs. 28 million making it affordable to
a number of people.

houses leave so mesmerized and taken
aback by the beauty of our finishing paint,

transformation of lifestyles,” Ndegwa said.
