1. Clear Coats

52K HS Clearcoat – P190-643

P190-643 is a high solids 2-Pack acrylic clearcoat. It offers a hard and durable finish with superb gloss Suitable for all types of repair, it can be used over Nexa Autocolor 2K and Aquabase or AquabasePlus.

When used with the HS hardeners P210-842/ -8430/-844/-845, P190-643 offers the flexibility to cope with a wide range of application conditions and temperatures. An express system using the HS Topcoat accelerator P275-350 is available for customers needing rapid processing. P190-643 is suitable for application with VLP and conventional spray guns and can be used in 2 modes: Standard 2-coat application and “one visit” application, where 1 light coat followed by 1 full coat are sprayed with no flash-off between coats. This enables a reduction in process times to be achieved, combined with significant material savings.

2K HS Clearcoat – P190-6850

P190-6850 is a high quality high solids (HS) 2-Pack acrylic clear coat, which can be used over

Nexa Autocolor 2K and Aquabase or AquabasePlus. Suitable for all types of repair, it offers a hard and durable finish enabling early handling of the repair after drying. P190-6850 is used with HS hardeners to give optimum final appearance.

2K Clearcoat – P190-535

P190-535 is a high quality normal solids 2-Pack clear coat, designed to give an outstanding base and clear finish with Nexa Autocolor 2K base coats. The product is an easy 2-3 coat application giving an excellent smooth, glossy and hard 2K finish. P190-535 is designed to be used with standard 2K Hardeners, P210-760,-770 or -794. In combination with P210-790 Express hardener, rapid air-drying or reduced bake times can be achieved, enabling repair times to be reduced for high throughput.

2K MS Clearcoat – P190-598

P190-598 is a versatile high quality medium solid (MS) 2-Pack acrylic clear coat, which can be used over Nexa Autocolor 2K basecoats. Suitable for all types of repair, it offers a hard and durable finish enabling early handling of the repair after drying.

P190-598 can be used in conjunction with the standard MS hardener range to give superb gloss and appearance with good build. When used with Express hardener and P210-832, a combination of rapid drying and high performance can be achieved which enables repair process times to be significantly reduced.

2. Primers

2-Pack Etch Primer – P565-9850

P565-9850 is a chromate-free, 2-Pack etch primer developed for use together with with Nexa Autocolor 2-Pack undercoats P565-4501/4505/4507 to provide a warranty system for Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoats.

This product gives excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion properties over a wide variety of bare metal substrates

1K Etch Primers – P565-908/9081/ 9086/9087

P565-9081, 908, 9086 and 9087 are mild etch primers, which can be used under Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoat systems. They are designed and formulated for rub-troughs to bare metal and for small spot repairs. For premium performance over large areas, 2-Pack etch primer (P565-9850) should be used.

2K Epoxy Primer – P565-2834

2K Epoxy Primer is a light grey in colour, chromatic-free, adhesion promoting alternative to Etch Primer

for use over a wide variety of substrates. 2K Epoxy Primer has good adhesion to a wide variety of suitably prepared substrates. These include bare and galvanised steel, aluminium, GRP and fiberglass, painted surfaces and fillers, and a wide range of plastic substrates.

2K Epoxy Primer can be used as a non-sand multi-substrate adhesion promoter. It may also be used on rub through areas to bare metal, where it can be directly topcoated with Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoat systems.

2K Epoxy Primer should not be used as an alternative to dedicated 2-Pack wet on wet primers for use over large areas to be directly top-coated.

2K Wet-on-Wet Primer – P565-357/358

P565-357 and P565-358 are fast drying 2-Pack acrylic surfacers, which may be used under Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoats. P565-357 and P565-358 are formulated to give excellent appearance and adhesion over a wide range of substrates. As wet-on-wet surfacers, they provide a fast process, particularly for new panel work. The range of Spectral Grey primers can be achieved using P565-357 and P565-358 which ensures that high quality colour matches can be achieved quickly and easily while optimising topcoat usage.

3. Fillers

HS+ Primer Filler – P565-5301/5305/5307

P565-5301, P565-5305 and P565-5307 are 2-Pack HS acrylic primer fillers, designed for use under Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoat systems. They are easy to apply and sand and give excellent final appearance and durability. A range of Spectral Grey primers can be achieved using P565-5301/5305/5307, which ensure that high quality colour matches can be achieved quickly and easily while optimising topcoat usage.

Fast Hi-Build Surfacer/Filler – P565-888

P565-888 is a 2-Pack acrylic, flat-able primer, developed for use under Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoat systems. They are easy to apply and flat and give excellent final appearance and durability. They can be used in primer surfacer and primer filler mode.

Primer Filler – P565-4501/4505/4507

P565-4501, P565-4505 and P565-4507 are 2-Pack HS acrylic primer fillers, designed for use under Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoat systems. They are easy to apply and sand and give excellent final appearance and durability. These Primers are specifically designed to meet OEM specifications. A range of Spectral Grey primers can be achieved using P565-4501/4505/4507, which ensure that coverage can be achieved quickly and easily while optimising topcoat usage.

HS Primer Filler – P565-510/511

P565-510 and P565-511 are 2-Pack acrylic, high build primer fillers, developed for use under Nexa Autocolor 2K topcoat systems. They are easy to apply and sand and give excellent final appearance and durability. They can be used in either build or surfacer modes. A range of Spectral Grey primers can be achieved using P565-510/511 and ensure that high quality colour matches can be achieved quickly and easily while optimising topcoat usage.

4. 2K Hardeners and Thinners

Choice of universal hardeners and thinners enabling an effortless, quality finish regardless of climatic conditions. Their universal nature creates a simple system where just one hardener and thinner can be used in conjunction with any other product from the 2K range.
