Type: A multi-color stone paint; the final paint will vividly represent natural granite or marble.
Recommended use: Ideal for decorating and protecting interior and exterior walls. Substrates: New or previously painted (sound) plaster, concrete, and cement rendering.
Advantages: Dustproof with self-cleaning properties. High Abrasion and scratch resistance. 10- year warranty. Super weatherproof against rainwater and sun. Resistant to spread of flame. Good colour retention.
Conditions during application: The temperature of the substrate should be a minimum of 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air, measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure proper drying.

GRANITE FINISH APPLICATION GUIDE | |
STEP 1 | Surface Preparation – Inspect the surface for dampness, effloresces, loose particles |
STEP 2 | Remove all loosely held particles / old paint by scraper, wire |
STEP 3 | If Cracks observed on surface Fill all the cracks as below Cracks up to 1.5 mm – Fill with Polyfilla Cracks above 2mm – Fill concrete + Dr. Fixit |
STEP 4 | Hairline Cracks / Undulation/Unevenness – Fill by 1 coat of Crown Level Putty (Coarse) 2 to 4mm + 1 coat Crown Walplast Cement Putty (Fine) 1.5 to 2mm. (If surface is free of undulations & loose particle, skip step 2 & proceed with step 5 |
STEP 5 | Apply 2 coats of Granite Undercoat by spray, Brush or Roller |
STEP 6 | Apply good quality Crown Masking Tapes to make panelling effect on walls, if desired. Or apply finish like normal smooth finish paint |
STEP 7 | Apply Granite Finish Pain Mix (Mixture of Granite Bonding Coat & Granite Flake in ratio GBC -1.25 L: GF – 1 KG) |
STEP 8 | Flat the sprayed Crown Granite Texture Mix by plastic/ acrylic trowel |
STEP 9 | If done panelling effect, then remove the Crown Masking tapes carefully |
