Crown Paints PLC held its 64th Annual General Meeting today. During the AGM, the Board of Directors presented the Audited Financial statements for the year 2020, discussed Directors remuneration as well as re-elected Directors and re-appointed Messrs Ernst & Young LLP as Auditors for the Company for the financial year 2021.
