Crown Paints Plc, has invested Ksh. 30 million in the setting up Nyeri depot along Nyeri-Nyahururu highway, as part of its expansion strategy to tap into the populous Mount Kenya region to boost sales. This is second depot in Mount Kenya region after opening one in Meru four years ago.
The firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Rakesh Rao, said the depot will enable customers from the larger Mount Kenya counties to access the latest innovations in paints and interior finishes which will be readily available from the depot as latest products such as decorative paints, flooring solutions, automotive paints and specialized coatings and adhesives will be stocked to offer customers variety.

“We also expect this facility to offer dealers improved customer experience and satisfaction where detailed information on Crown Paints entire line of paints, as well as paint colour dispensing machine and professional advisorty services to dealers will be provided”, Rao explained.
