POSITION: Sales Officer

REPORTING TO: Area Sales Manager

PURPOSE: Responsible for sales and marketing of Company products to ensure incremented growth in sales and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Develop new business and achieve set yearly sales targets.
  2. Retain old customers and acquire new customers.
  3. Efficiently manage customers and territory to maximize sales.
  4. Keep accurate Sales records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Area Sales Manager.
  5. Maintain minimum eight (8) calls per day and two hundred (200) calls per month.
  6. Manage debts owed and keep customer ledger in line with the Company policy.
  7. Collection of market intelligence and submit on regular basis competitors’ information on pricing and promotion activities to Management.
  8. Continuous feedback on product quality and service issues to your Supervisor.
  9. Organize customer/counter staff training as per the target set.
  10. Carry out public relations activities with your designated customers.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

* Undergraduate/Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing

* Excellent communication skills, selling skills, highly motivated, passionate and highly aggressive.

* Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales

* Manufacturing background.

* Driver’s license with minimum two (2) years driving experience
